  1. PURCHASE TERMS

Free Resources

When you opt in to receive a free resource from Lydia Lane:

  • You will provide your name and email address to receive the resource
  • Your email address will be added to our email list, managed through Drip
  • You may unsubscribe from our email list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email
  • We will deliver your free resource via email upon successful opt-in
  • Please save your download in a secure location upon receipt

Physical Products

When you purchase physical products from Lydia Lane through our Etsy shop or TikTok Shop:

  • Products will be shipped within 5 business days of purchase or within the timeframe specified by the platform
  • Shipping is currently available within the United States only
  • If you have questions about international shipping, please contact us at kelly@lydialane.co
  • All physical product sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase
  • If your item arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)

  1. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Physical Products

All physical product purchases are final (unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase). We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on physical items purchased through our Etsy shop or TikTok Shop. Please review product descriptions, dimensions, and details carefully before placing your order.

Free Resources

Free resources are provided at no cost. There is nothing to refund. You may unsubscribe from our email list at any time.


  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Ownership

All content, materials, products, and resources provided by Lydia Lane are the exclusive intellectual property of Lydia Lane and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:

  • The free Praying Family Toolkit and all related materials
  • Physical product designs (including prayer jars, stickers, and other faith-based tools)
  • Website content, graphics, and branding
  • Videos, worksheets, templates, and downloadable resources
  • Social media content and educational materials

Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Use free resources and downloadable content for personal, non-commercial use within your household
  • Share printed or digital materials with members of your immediate household
  • Implement strategies and ideas from our resources in your own family life

Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

  1. SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping

  • We currently ship physical products within the United States only
  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days of purchase, or within the timeframe specified by the e-commerce platform (Etsy or TikTok Shop)
  • Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected
  • You will receive tracking information once your order ships

International Shipping

  • International shipping is not currently available
  • If you are located outside the United States and have questions, please contact us at kelly@lydialane.co

Lost or Damaged Items

  • Lydia Lane is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping
  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
  • Tracking information will be provided to assist with any carrier claims
